For the past eight years, she’s helped lead the office with efficiency, care, and a strong focus on patient experience. Known for her organization and reliability, Karina ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and at the front desk.
Karina plays a vital role in fostering a positive experience for both patients and staff. Her long-standing commitment to the practice reflects her passion for helping others and maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.
On her free time she love to spend time with her family and practicing kickboxing with her husband.
Staci
Registered Dental Hygienist - RDHStaci was born and raised in Arizona. She has been in the dental field for 20 years starting off as a dental assistant and then furthering her career as a registered dental hygienist. Staci attended Fortis college for her dental hygiene license and is laser certified as well as local anesthesia certified. Her favorite part of being an RDH is educating her patients about their oral health and helping them feel confident with their smile.
On her off time from being a RDH, Staci enjoys spending time with her husband, three stepchildren and her english mastiff named Bob. Staci loves camping, being outside on the lake or by the ocean and try’s to travel as much as she can.

I received my certification at the Bryman School of Phoenix.
I am an experienced dental assistant who is reliable and energetic with a positive attitude ready to complete any task. I am extremely proud to be part of a dynamic team of professionals and enjoy working in an environment that promotes continuous learning. During my free time I Love spending time with my family camping, fishing, boating and hosting family cookouts.

Recognized for her meticulous care and patient education, LaVenia is dedicated to providing outstanding dental services. Holding a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a degree in Dental Hygiene from Fortis College, she is enthusiastic about educating patients on the significance of oral health and implementing preventive dental care practices.
Throughout her career, LaVenia has cultivated extensive experience in general practice, pediatric dentistry, periodontal therapy, and advanced dental technologies, demonstrating proficiency in a wide array of dental hygiene procedures. She is committed to applying her expertise to assist patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health.
Constantly seeking to enhance her skills, LaVenia remains current with the latest developments in dental hygiene through continuous education and professional development. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA), which allows her to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the dental hygiene community.

Kyra has been working within the dental field for over 5 years and has found a love for patient education, care, and advocacy. Kyra provides a welcoming smile as soon as you enter Belmont Dentistry and continuously helps create a welcoming environment throughout the entirety of your dental visit. She strives to provide a comforting and calming presence to help keep any anxieties that patients might have at ease. Outside of work, Kyra enjoys advocating throughout the community, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to new and adventurous places.
