Dental Care Without the Financial Guesswork
Oral health is a long-term investment, and cost should never be the reason a small problem turns into a bigger one. Belmont Dentistry offers several payment options so patients can get the care they need without weighing insurance coverage against a stack of financial obstacles first. Whether that means using dental insurance benefits, joining an in-house membership plan, or financing a larger treatment plan over time, the front office team walks through the numbers before any work is scheduled. Nothing gets added to a bill that a patient has not already agreed to and understood.
Dental Insurance We Accept
Dental insurance plans can be confusing, and Belmont Dentistry works with them every day so patients do not have to sort it out alone. Coverage varies by plan, and certain treatments may not always be included, so the front office is happy to answer questions before any work begins. Belmont Dentistry is in network with most major PPO insurance plans and can help patients make the most of any FSA or HSA funds available to them.
Before an appointment, the team can check a patient’s benefits and give an estimate of what insurance is likely to cover, so there are no surprises at checkout. Patients are also welcome to put available Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account funds toward treatment, especially before those dollars expire at the end of the plan year.
No Insurance? No Problem
Join Belmont Dental Plan.
Patients without dental insurance still have an easy way to plan for care through the Belmont Dental Plan, known as BDP. Traditional dental insurance often comes with high premiums and limited yearly benefits, so BDP was built as a straightforward membership instead, with reasonable payment terms on the treatment patients actually need.
BDP is a comprehensive, customized membership that covers routine preventive care such as cleanings, X-rays, and exams, along with restorative care like fillings, crowns, and implants, and cosmetic dentistry, at a discounted price.
How Patients Can Pay at Belmont Dentistry
At Belmont Dentistry, we accept cash, checks, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, so patients can choose whatever payment method works best for them. Payment is collected at the time of service unless other arrangements, such as CareCredit financing or the Belmont Dental Plan, have already been set up in advance.
For treatment that costs more than a patient wants to pay all at once, Belmont Dentistry offers financing through CareCredit, a healthcare credit card built specifically for dental and medical expenses. It lets patients start treatment now and pay it off over time.
- Convenient monthly payments instead of one lump sum
- Promotional financing plans, subject to credit approval
- Accepted for treatment of both large and small, from a single crown to a full smile makeover
- A simple online application that takes just a few minutes
